BiographySteven Rinella is the author of The Scavenger's Guide to Haute Cuisine and American Buffalo: In Search of a Lost Icon. He's a correspondent for Outside magazine, where he's been a frequent contributor since 2000. His writing has appeared in many other publications, including The New York Times, The New Yorker, Salon.com, Mens Journal, Field and Stream, The Week, American Heritage, Bowhunter, Flyfisherman and Glamour, as well as the anthologies Best American Travel Writing and Best Food Writing. A native of Twin Lake, Michigan, he is currently based in New York. |
